Russian poll success
Dima : Voice of 2006
The poll, conducted by TNS Gallup Media, canvassed music lovers from 16 to 55 years of age across a broad area of Russia, and quizzed the public on all aspects of a singing star: vocal talent, stylish appearance and 'who you can most justifiably call a sex symbol', to name just a few of the questions.
The result, which, according to the organisers "reflects the opinions of 43 million people", puts Dima firmly at the top, crowning an amazing year of success for the young singer since his second place at the Athens Eurovision Song Contest. In 2005, Dima scraped in at 43rd place in the same poll; convincing evidence that he has become a true Russian superstar. He can add the latest accolade to a growing shelf of awards, including the local MTV Best Artist award, amongst others that he picked up over the last twelve months.

dima was good, the song was very good, and it deserved 100 times more being the winner than this carneval act of Finland, actually all the songs of the top10 were far more better than Lordi..But they won :-(
Last year, Russia had its best entry BY FAR.
Dima Bilan was fabulous. He can't sing??? Come on, play his live performance again and compare it with the others!
Wonderful song and performance, deserved high place, maybe even the victory, but Lordi was also very good. And so was Hari Mata Hari.
Greetings, Macedonia
I think so. Go Pedro, Go Sabrina!!!!!
Two non official video clips of the portuguese entrie this year, Sabrina with Dança Comigo.
The video clips are made by the site escportugal.blogspot.com and like I said are not officials, because the official video is being done by the music producer Emanuel.
Here are the links of the first and second videoclip: url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QYMYWM408I]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QYMYWM408I/url] and url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyRfFf-VzMQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyRfFf-VzMQ/url]
Thanks and comment on the videoclips
Go Portugal is this year
Maybe we'll see his next year on Eurovision again? He wanted to particiapate tis year but jury selected Serebro
Strong performance in 2006- her deservers it!
I didn't much care for him then, don't care much for him now. Good for him though, I suppose.
Serebro probably won't do quite so well this year but their song is in a different league compared to Bilan.
Lucia Moniz - 1996's voice!!!
Portugal's traditional entry on memory lane by Lucia Moniz, could have done wonders this year, but obviously it did not win because ......well...............we only have one neighbour and even this one we don't trust at all! Now, that's a challenge ESC does not want to solve!!
The song that should have won:

YES !!!! I WANT DIMA BACK !!! HE IS MUCH BETTER THAN SEREBRO !!! I DON'T LIKE THE RUSSIAN SONG THIS YEAR !!! I LIKE THE BELARUS ENTRY AND KOLDUN, BUT I PREVER DIMA BILAN !!!! IT WAS SO NICE TO MEET HIM LAST YEAR IN ATHENS !!!
Dima is the best :-) His voice is excellent. He diserved it.
Go Dilma, you are so much better than koldun!
