Results not affected by error
Lithuania: Final results confirmed
A computer glitch caused the wrong song numbers to appear on the final scoreboard but the result could not have been affected as that happened 8 minutes after the end of the actual voting, which means that the votes were counted correctly. LTV assures the public that the people who voted for Rūta Ščiogolevaitė (voting number 03), 4Fun (voting number 01) or Aistė Pilvelytė (voting number 02) can be rest assured that their votes went to their artist of choice.
The coordinator of National preselection of Lithuania and the Head of the Lithuanian Delegation Jonas Vilimas told Eurovizija.lt : "We are sorry about the scoreboard who confused people. Our event lasted 3 hours, and we were under a lot of stress... The most important thing is that the results are correct. We thank everybody who has sent their votes for their favorites".
"I confirm that the results of Lithuanian national preselection for Eurovision are correct. During the second voting round 4Fun got 23 888 votes, Rūta Ščiogolevaitė - 20 133 votes, Aistė Pilvelytė - 10 155 votes", states the Mediafonas executive responsible for the results of the National Eurovision final in Lithuania.

Um, good luck! People, vote for Lithuania please, they should win this year, I mean they're like one of the countries who've never won... They deserve it!!

Im very dissapointed with these year LRT work. They were organazing national selection just awful... Last year it was much better and without mistakes in voting and with great national final in Siemens arena (and of course with better winer)
LtV television which translate Lithuania Eurovision final make a lot of mistakes, so winner should be Ruta, but not 4fun... But LTV doesn't accept it!!!!
Lithuania is one of the best this year, and I think they will end up in top-10!

And at least here the money from the phone calls goes to Comic Relief. But I would not vote this year. The one song is worst than the other!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That people in BBC have any clue of music. Who remember's that guy East 17 and one hit wonders Scooch and Big Brovaz (actually famous only in the UK) and that ridicullus junky from The Darkness. And the songs just awfull.
And the most irritating thing is that they do only Eurovision not because they like the contest but just because want to get some publicity!!!!! Like Javine, who said that she decide to do Eurovision only for publicity. I reckon this year song whatever of the 6 is not going to do not even TOP 20
so it seems viewers were being asked to phone in when the lines were closed! A similar scandal is rocking one of the UK's TV channels... i hope the Lithuanians get their money back like here
Why they complain anyway???? The song is nice and it would be in can manage TOP10
