Sweden's next wildcard announced today
The next wildcard will be revealed on the P4 extra show with Lotta Bromé. They will join the competition against:

There are 32 entries in total which compete in Melodifestivalen - so there are 7 left to be announced, 6 songs which have been chosen by the jury and 1 wildcard.
How can you guys not be exited about this!? Marie Sernholt is GREAAT!
w s: The wildcards are chosen by Christer Björkman, not a jury like the others. The reason for the fuzz is because 2 wildcards have won mf since they started with it 4 years ago and the rest of the jokers have been very succesful as well

There aren't much differents between a wildcard and a 'normal' place, but yeah it helps to make to show more hyped. but i like the system: OOOH i want Nanne Grönvall in MF 2009 !
Same old boring names...
Can someone please explain the difference between an artist who has a wildcard and an artist who hasn't? Isn't this wildcard-thing only there to create some hype?
