Baltic Eurovision stars united
Lithuania: 4Fun and Walters & Kazha sing together
It looks that the goal is achieved - a few weeks ago With U has reached first place in a lLtvian music chart by popular radio station SWH. The song reached lLthuanian radio stations later than Latvian ones, but this week it can be found at #13 of the Lithuanian Top 40.
With U is written by 4Fun's lead singer Julija Ritcik and arranged by Walter & Kazha's producer. Asked how did the bands come to work together, they say that this idea was born after they met in 2007 in Minsk during a Eurovision concert. Since then, Baltic singers were thinking about a collaboration and this year they finally managed to realise their plan.
Next spring an album by 4Fun is expected to be realeased. Last month in Vilnius they were an opening act in Katie Melua's concert. It's not the first time 4Fun go for an opening act in a celebrity's concert - in 2007 summer they also opened Joe Cocker's gig in Vilnius.

Both good songs, but bad performers. Could someone listen a single second in tune during the performance of those two entries??
I like "Love or leave" but on the night I found it a bit dull, sorry.
Julija is ace, but Walters and Kazha are dire...
"Love or leave" is the Lithuanian contribution to the ESC that I like the most. The simplicity of the song and the beautiful voice of Julija deserved much more than the poor result they reached in Finland.
I actually like "Love or leave" quite a bit. Admittedly on the night I found it really really boring and thought it would never end, but it has grown on me and it did deserve higher than it finished.
But unfortunately its one of those songs that people forget instantly
But sorry, I don't really like her collaboration with Walters and Kazha
I think the 2007 Lithuanian song was really bland, boring and easy to forget. Even though the Irish entry was terrible, this was even worse and deserved to score the least points.
Julija Ritcik is very talented.
nice song! but a little bit old news!
