Croatia: DORA 2009 call for songs
The Croatian broadcaster has launched a public call for songs open to local authors only. The deadline for the submission of songs is 12 December. Fourteen of those will compete in the DORA semi final in Opatija. Six acts, who will be selected by televoting will proceed to the final where they will be joined by ten more acts submitted by authors invited by the broadcaster. The winner of Dora 2009 will be selected by a mixture of jury vote and televote at a 50-50 split.

They need to change something with Dora! Before it was great...but now? it seems like the average age of voters are 65...So many old-fashioned, dull ballads....This year, it was a SCANDAL that those songs from the semi made it to the final!
let's have real good old Dora back...some more dance, rnb, rock etc.
