Sorry Stockholm, although Mina does make a very good point lol ;) :D

Btw our semi final commentator, Paddy O Connell, said that Elnur & Samir looked alot like Jonathan Ross and Philip Scofield in their ESC performance :P (ina jokey way ;))

Chris p, this article is about current album, if you wanna discuss them on Eurovision than go on the 4um and discuss it there ;) other than the theme of this article is off topic ;) it's simple as that. Their lame performance in 2003 and their great new album have nothing in common.

220 is lame, so is their performance at eurovision 2003 (bad vocals)

Stockholm is right. With 'day after day' my hearing was only affected for 3 months whereas with Tatu it was a whole year..LOOOOOOOOOL

Jonny
How dare you compare "Ne ver ne boisia" to "Day after day" :)

Jonny, at a guess, i'd say about 1/2 the world observes daylight savings/summer time zone shifts [url= http://en.wikipedia.(...)aving_time_around_th e_world

About Tatu...well, they came and went pretty quickly in my part of the world, and aren't really my cup of tea. The reason we still talk about their Eurovision performance is because this site is about Eurovision...although, during the "off-season" they have to fill the pages with something, so we end up with articles that aren't really about Eurovision. It gives people a chance to see how some acts are doing etc. and gives us fans a chance to share memories of Eurovision. If they did a brilliant job and everyone was praising them, would people be so quick to call for us to "stop living in the past"?

Disappointed by the album! I mean...it's pleasant to listen to, but no song makes me go wow :/

Jonny,
yes, we do exactly the same. It's 13:04 here right now.

Dogu Ken, absolutely agree with you.
each song is special. They became mature. Not even in my wildest dreams I expected such songs like Marsianskie Glaza and Fly on the Wall.

Ne Zhaley is a schedevral song. MUCH better than anything what they've done before, better than 30 Minutes for sure. I'd like them to come back with such song, with their new team and the new band. Unlike some people I'm not stuck in the past on 1 shitty performance, I adore their new sound and I'd like to hear them on ESC again.

usually t.A.T.u. sing much better live than on ESC '03. Yulya had problems with throat + they didn't rehearse properly (their fault) so obviously it was a huge mess. I have a lot of DVDs with their concerts, they sing great live. That 2003 performance was a true shock for Russian fans as well :) but we heard much more than 1 performance and we know how they can sing. Their recent promo gigs just prove my words.

Btw can someoene help me out here! :) I know this is totally off topic but its really bugging me.

In the UK we turn our clocks back an hour on the last Sunday of October, and turne them forward and hour on the last Sunday of March. So at the moment we're 1 hour behind GMT because we turned our clocks back an hour today.

Do any other countries do this?

"it took me a whole year to repair my hearing after listening to their screams in 2003"
Lolllll Mina! :P (H) I'd rather listen to "day after day" than "ne ver ne bojsia", and that says ALOT! :D

w s
I normally really don't like their songs, but one song I do like by them is "Gomenasai" :D

Perfect album! Each song has its own mood and gets you in unbelievably fast.I was in love with the songs before finishing the first listen.Fly On The Wall is definately going to be a huge hit for those who try extremely hard not to listen a song from them.As for Eurovision, how can you remain in the past like this? After morethan 5 years you can still critisize them for the same reasons.Ever bothered to check what was new for them?Let me tell some, they began to sing live with a rock-based band behind them and have their own label. They achieved to produce and release this "Veselye Ulybki/Happy Smiles" without any support of a label.Even this is a reason to congratulate them. Thanks t.A.T.u. for rocking my world!!

i loved their entry in 2003, even though they didnt sing very well at all (maybe if they hadve sung properly theydve won :P)

I agree with Jonny. Tatu's entry was one of the worst songs of Eurovision in my opinion and their voices..brrrrrrrrrr....it took me a whole year to repair my hearing after listening to their screams in 2003. Unfortunately I was with company and they didn't let me turn the sound off...LOL

You are right Jonny. I like a lot of t.A.T.u,s songs, but "Ne ver ne boisja" is not one of them. Too messy in my opinion. I think a song like for example "30 minutes" would be great in eurovision.

Jonny K [46850]

I don't know why everybody likes them so much! I think their ESC performance was awful, the song was awful, they really didn't deserve such a high place over other countries like Netherlands, Estonia, Portugal etc. :) :P People say Jemini's vocals were bad in Riga, and yes they were for the first verse but for the rest of the song they improved, T.a.t.u's vocals were awful for the whole song!

Good luck to them but I really am not a fan!

TATU are the best, but absolutely perfect was their first russian album 200 po vstrechnoy, hits like Nas ne dogonyat, Ya soshla s uma, Robot, Zachem Ya etc. are the best!!! From this new album are good songs for example Beliy plaschik and Chelovechki, 220 is not good song, and lyrics are... emmm, strange... Zaychiki na stene, posle zakata umirayut, ok but refrain: 220 na sebya, 220 na neyo... They have better songs with better lyrics...

AWESOME album, imho the best album, even better than 200 Po Vstrechnoy.
There are songs that remind past, there are totally new songs which are quite surprising... I like ballads. esp Ne Zhaley.
