Hungary: Csezy gets V.I.P. backing on stage
Composer and pianist Viktor Rakonczai together with Gergő Rácz both represented Hungary in the 1997 Eurovision Song Contest and this year they will be accompanying Csezy on stage together with the acapella group Fool Moon
In a closed press conference after Csezy's last rehearsal in Budapest, her gown for the night (pictured) of the semi final was revealed to select journalists. The dress was designed by Bori Tóth, well-known Hungarian fashion designer and it is inspired by a Hungarian folk art pattern. Csezy's own grandmother, an artist of the Matyó embroidery art crafted the intricate pattern that adorns the front of the dress which was donated to the popular singer by her hometown, Mezőkövesd.
Csézy has been nominated at the Hungarian Viva Comet Awards, the biggest of their kind in the country, in three categories : Best female singer, Best new performer and Best video at the biggest Hungarian music award.
Csezy's first rehearsal is tomorrow at 13.50-14.30.

If anything's boring it's the predictable songs from Greece and Germany, to just mention two. I like this Hungarian song!
Sonja, I meant the backing singers are VIP, and so on...and the dress is also known for lot of days...
I don't wear glasses hopefully, those are ugly

I love this song, although Magdi's was even better to me. She had a great voice and a great song and I hoped for her to win!
What's an old-fashion ballad? Ballads always sound the same way, I think? Did you pretend a ballad to be danceable, full of synths and such? If a class number is boring to you, that's only your opinion.
This song is incredible, and far from being boring.
Sorry Hungary... I don't like this at all.
Hungary made a really great comeback with NOX in 2005 and then it all went downhill. Magdi's song was not my cup of tea and this old-fashion boring ballad is even worse than that.
The singer may be talented but the song is not good.
A beautiful ballad. It's a bit similar to the Swedish entry in 1994 "Stjärnorna", especially when she sings "when you love me by sweet ..." The Hungarian song is much better though imo.
Yes, Magdi was great last year.
Csézy is PURE CLASS! I've been playing her album ('Szívverés'
all day. It's full of awesome ballads! There's also a cover of Black's hit 'Wonderful Life' on it.
I didn't like Magdi Rúsza in 2007, but Hungary is my absolute favourite this year!
Can't wait for her rehearsal tomorrow!! GO Hungary! :-)
GO Bulgaria! - I will vote for you..promise from Malta xxx
One of my faves songs this year.
Fingers crossed she will make it to the final.
Get yourself glasses or a new tv set Kristov, that is an entirely different dress!
i like her song! its my top 5 of this year!
The best ballad of this year!
definitely deserves to be in top 5...
So old news....it was the same in National Final....please esctoday, try to find new news, thank u
Wahooo, go Csezy!!!!
I don't know why people are saying this song is boring! It isn't, its a great and beautiful ballad and it is very under-rated. I think this could go alot further than most people think . . . . .
And Madgi deserved so many more points last year, I would have been happy if she'd won, very classy
Good luck to Hungary from the UK!!!
