Radio Eurovision Song Contest 2008
Netherlands: Radio International Eurovision Song Contest
The show takes place on Wednesday, 07 May 2008 from 2000 - 2300 CET live on FM in the Netherlands but also around the World online.
The aim is to predict which countries could be going through into the Final from the two Semi Finals and also the winning song of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest.
AND also - For weeks Radio International have been receiving votes from Eurovision Fans from around the world which they will add to the jury's vote and then have an overall result which you can hear live on Radio International tonight.
All the 43 songs will be played in full which also gives you the chance to listen to them in the order of how they will be appearing on the television in the Semi Final 1 on Tuesday, 20 May 2008, Semi Final 2 on Thursday, 22 May 2008 and the Grand Final on Saturday, 24 May 2008.
During the show you can email the studio via the website here and give us your prediction for the winner and the Finalists.

Your good feeling for MALTA must be backed up by your support by voting...first MALTA have to pass from the SEMI..INDEED SECOND SEMI-FINAL IS MUCH MORE COMPETITIVE THAN THE FIRST ONE.
MALTA should qualify if the performance will be UNIQUE...LIKE THE GENRE OF THE SONG...A SPY SONG...MORENA + HER 4 MALE DANCERS MUST IMPRESS...hope they use the same concepts of the video and morena start her song coming down from the ceiling. Hope the package will be well worked.
I only hope that MALTA qualify...then GOD will do the rest.
UKRAINE- ICELAND - SWEDEN OR ISRAEL --- ONE OF THEM WILL WINNER IN ESC 2008. I HOPE SO.

There were two sets of results. Internet voting and the jury in the studio. Andorra got 8 points in the Internet vote but the jury didn't give it any points.
hey, what have they said about andorra? i don't understant it, they've said andorra 8 points, and then with the semifinalone results andorra didn't appeared 
Sweden won't win. The performance isn't elaborate enough. Carola had all those flags and massive veils (and dare I say a better song than Charlotte) and she managed 5th in 2006.

I have a feeling Malta will be the winner with Vodka! Nearly all my friends like it over here! Good luck to Hind from Norway too! Not my favourite entry, but will vote to her in the semi final 1 anyway. Go Morena! Go Hind! Norway loves you!

I agree, I think this is Russia's year, thought their are far more countries I'd rather win before Russia

I also think Russia will win. It's far from my favourite song, but whichever way you look at it, its powerful. I think it all depends on one thing. The mini ice show. If they can get that ice rink on stage, they've got Eurovision 2008 locked up.
I would much prefer Iceland or Switzerland to win this year. Heck I'd rather Georgia win than Dima Bilan.

I still think Poland is the dark horse even though I ain't that fond of it. I agree though that Russia could be the winner although I just don't see Sweden winning.

Sorry, but it would be a travesty for Russia to win with that very mediocre song..! Truly hope that won't happen...
