@danny:
well havin a smidge of irish in myself i may be biased, but it is soooooooo sad to see the most sucsessful esc nation come to where it is due to the stupidity of the voting system lol... honestly its not in my top nething but at the same time i hope it does well out of spite :D
if people dont understand the reasons why (and its always the purpetrators of the corrupt system) they can go n lick dogz bollocks lol

@ TK
All I want is for people to understand why Ireland put in Dustin for this year so it is good to hear that you do. It is my favourite entry this, and I know I am probably biased but Dustin is a superstar in Ireland as well as the fact it is a great song!

@danny: yeh the film clip and violin do somewhat take away the utter annoyngness of dima, but its just his accent that shits me lol... honestly i would rather hear ur turkey screech ad nauseum for 12 hrs straight lol...
p.s i may not like the turkey but i understand why eire put it in, wouldnt mind seeing it do well purely outta spite lolz ;)

@ ProjectZero00 and TK
I guess I have to disagree with you slightly about Dima! OK sure he comes across as a bit of a knob but since esctoday put up the new music video with the violin accompaniment i actually don't mind it now. sorry ;)
I do like the Netherlands though, it is well stuck in my head!

Im only hoping that the actual votes will be completely different, but they usually are, so Im not too fussed....

How Hind can still be pointless down there with the likes of Estonia and Macedonia I really cannot imagine.

Plus I think its nice that Portugal Bulgaria and Albania are doing well but with the great songs they have they should be MUCH higher!

And what on earth is Armenia doing up there??

to Danny T & ProjectZero 000:

I so agree with you guys. Its a shame because i thought the Macedonian song in 2007 was actually quite OK but I am never going to vote for them in the coming years simply because of their ridiculous mantra of qualifying through neighbour votes while songs are crap.

@ ProjectZero00
Is there any song we disagree on here! I detest the FYR Macedonia song too. I'm sure it will get through though.

There must be one we disagree on surely

@Luka

What u r saying is so sad. That's what made esc the circus it is today! The song never matters! Only the neighbours! And this time i hope fyrom stays in the semi coz the song is horrid imho and their live is even more horrid! Sorry but it will be unfair if fyrom gets through instead of another better quallity song. I think Poland is the only unreasonable choice of the Ogae (not to like i mean) yet!

Still 0 for Macedonia...but i don't worry, we will sure get in final, thanks to ex-yu countries and Bulgaria, Albania.. See us in final!
GO MACEDONIA! TAMARA, VRCAK and ADRIJAN are THE BEST!!

I have heard Norway's song on the radio like a million times here! I was taken aback coz esc songs rarelly have any success in greece after the contest, let alone a month before it! So hopefully we give a lot of points to them this year!

Go Norway! One of the few class acts this year - a modern Eurovision classic.

I have to say tho, the fans hero worship for Sweden is misplaced this year. It lacks the power of Invincible and even Cara Mia from MF07 is streets ahead of it.

Serbia's song just doesn't ignite enough passion either.

The more I hear the songs, the more I think Ukraine will walk the contest this year.... power, passion, professionalism....

I'll stick with Norway, Switzerland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine as my top 6 though....

I can't see Norway making the final with this song. What water do these OGAE people drink? Either it's me that's tripping or they are. They have recorded some really bizarre points, so far.

I fell asleep during the Norwegian grand final because all of the songs were so bad. This one stinks.

Norway's entry is great.

It isn't some fast, trashing pop schlager, yet isn't some formulaic old ballad. It's musically far more advanced than so much of the junk in this year's contest, which most certainly IS boring.

excellent choise, Norway has this year one of the best entries, Go Norway
