Moldova used a jury of 8 panelist plus one non-voting chairman of the jury. They reduced the initial 34 eligible songs to three on December 13th, and then held a vote between the three finalists on December 14th, awarding points of 8, 10 and 12. Natalia Barbu won, receiving 7 '12 points' and 1 '10 points'
