[...], the jury will select a number of entries for a pre-selection heat on the 27th of January, depending on the quality. The selected newcomers will then compete in a pre-selection, just like the participants in the other two groups on the 3rd and 10th of February. The winners of these three heats will then compete in two semi-finals on the 17th and 24th of February. The winners of the two semi-finals will then meet for the final on the 3rd of March".
