Biography
Liora is 26 years old and has already had the opportunity of representing Israel in performances in countries such as the United States, Brazil, Canada and extensively throughout Europe. Her first album, released in 1994, topped the Israeli charts. Liora thrives on appearing live and her next venture (at the time of the contest) was to record an album in English.
Moshe Datz, aged 31, has been singing professionally since the age of 17. In 1984 he and his wife began a career singing together. Duo Datz, as they are called, are the most successful singing duo in Israel. They have released five albums and many of their songs have been top hits. The duo represented Israel in the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest in Italy, obtaining third place.
Hamutal Ben Ze'ev was born in Tel-Aviv and writes songs for Israel's popular artists. In 1985 she wrote the lyrics of the Israeli entry for the Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden. She has received prestigious literary awards for her poetry books. She also writes plays for both children and adults. [Notes from the Official 1995 Programme by RTÉ]
