Biography
Annie Cotton is from Quebec and is currently playing a leading role in a Radio Canada television series for young viewers. Annie, now 17, began her career as a singer and actress at the age of 10 in 'The Sound Of Music' and the resulting album.
Her talent came to the notice of keyboard player and arranger Marco Sorrentino during a concert tour in Quebec. Together with a group of 15 top musicians he has begun work on Annie's first album.
Christophe Dúc was trained at the Geneva Conservatory and since 1987 has been recording his own compositions. He works at Studio Nuiance in Geneva and has co-operated in producing a number of highly successful albums. He is very interested in production work and particularly likes working with talented young artists.
In 1987 lyricist Jean-Jacques Egli had a song performed at the Brussels Eurovision Final. He is a singer, writer and composer with Alain Morisod's highly acclaimed group 'Sweet People' who had a huge hit all over Europe in 1980 with Et Les Oiseaux Chantaient (... And The Birds Are Singing). He has just returned from a 160-concert world tour.
Conductor Marco Sorrentino is a virtuoso accordian player and has achieved international recognition as a performer and composer. Like Jean-Jacques Egli Marco is a member of Sweet People.
