Biography
The singer's full name is Dafna Dekel.
Both Kobi Oshrat and Ehud Manor wrote several other Israeli entries into the Eurovision Song Contest, but this is the first time they wrote an Israeli entry together. Both also have a Eurovision winner to their credit. Ehud wrote with Nurit Hirsch Izhar Cohen & The Alphabeta's "Abanibi" and Kobi wrote with Shimrit Orr Milk & Honey's "Hallelujah".
This year's Israeli entry was challenged in court by the runner-up after the National final, because it was 3 minutes and 17 seconds long, 17 seconds over the official 3-minute limit. The case was thrown out, when it was pointed out that the challenger's song was also over the 3-minute limit.
