Biography
21-year-old singer Thomas Forstner began his career long ago. His first performance in the Eurovision Song Contest dates back to 1989 with the song "Nur Ein Lied". His first TV show dates back to 1986 and in June 1988 the Austrian music magazine "Tschin Bumm" chose him as "Newcomer 1988". In 1989 his first single, his Eurovision song, produced by Dieter Bohlen was in the hit parades for quite a long time. Forstner is the winner of the Austrian elimination competition and is now going to take part in the 36th Eurovision Song Contest with "Venedig Im Regen".
Wolfgang Eltner is a versatile artist and has always been linked to the world of music. His parents used to run a music wholesale store and his first approach to music dates back to his childhood. He has always been a freelance producer and has cooperated with the group "Welcome". In 1990 he produced the LP "Friends" with some friends of his who took part in last year's Song Contest final.
