The famous San Remo festival was supposed to find the first two Italian representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest. The order of appearance is not known anymore as well as the placing of most of the songs. Nevertheless, it is sure that Lucia Gonzales was third with La vita č un paradiso di bugie. Before the final, there were two semi finals. Their line-up is also not known but the 10 songs that were voted can still be found.
Tonina Torielli had three songs, Ugo Molinari even four in the selection. The other performers all had only one entry.
