My name is Geraint and I live in South Wales and have been a fan of eurovision since 2000. I never really watched it before that apart from seeing some performances from 1997. I became a fan because of my brother in 2000 when he recorded the Eurovision and showed me some of his favourite entries and I instantly became a fan

I have watched eurovision religiously ever since and get rather excited for it every year. I am starting to become a fan of Meldofestivalen too but got hooked with 2009's MF and glad that Malena won the ticket to Moscow

I am really looking forward to eurovision this year (2009) and think its going to be very hard to pick a clear winner. Also, this is the first time I have loved the UK's entry since 2002 (Jessica Garlick) so hopefully Jade will do the UK proud

Also, a song from 2005 which didn't qualify which in my opinion is one of the best ESC songs I've heard was Nuno Resende - Le Grand Soir, it was such an underrated song performed by an amazing singer. Oh well!
