My story

Ayça Öner

I started watching ESC when I was 6 in 1985.Since then I tried to follow it as much as possible.I couldn't or didn't watch it some years but I was always interested in it.My interest aroused especially in 2003 with Sertab because she was a popstar in Turkey and I was wondering what she would do.I believed then that she would be the first and I'm happy that she was so successful.
Now this year,we have an entirely professional song from a professional rock band.They have many fans in Turkey where rock music has made its way to the top in recent years and Mor ve Ötesi is one of the best rock bands. The song 'Deli' is reflecting just their style.Not a charming song for a first-time listener but you like it just when you listen to it for the second time.I hope everybody will get what they deserve in ESC.
