My story

Hey, I'm Paul. Fell forEurovision when Bucksfizz won in 1981 but stopped watching 1986-1997. Not porposely, I guess I was just always out on Saturday nights so never got to see it. From the late 90s onwards, I've been truly addicted. Absolutely love the lead up, national finals..etc-especially Melodifestival.
Also must agree that UK and Ireland just dont get Eurovision anymore and have been sending pretty awful stuff the past few years. Ireland needs Niamh Kavanagh back, not a turkey!
Usually love swedish and ukranian entries but eurovision has introduced me to great artists like Ruslana, Lena Phillipsson, Carola,Sylvia Knight, Sertab, Antique, Dana International,Azucar Moreno, and, of course, Abba-BEST pop group ever!!
Nothing blowing me away hugely in 2008 but really liking Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine, Belgium and Serbia. Always interested in eurovision chat so mail me if youre similar...
