ON ME: (OR THE STORY OF A GREEK GUY SELF-EXILED IN GERMANY):
I come from Ahtnens, Greece. I spent there the first 20 something years of my life quite happily with living, loving, studying. Then i got curious and got the lovely idea of exploring other countries, other people, new ways. After having spent some good time in Delft, Holland and some very good time in Cordoba, Spain, i ended up in Berlin, Germany....That was not a very good idea after all. After some years of excitement and adventure, i started feeling trapped in this city. I am stll here, but i plan to finsh my studies soon and sail for new worlds, most probably Greece again. By the way my famly and my best, long-time friends live n Athens, they do not have to do anything with Berlin and frankly enough i do not think they wish to.

ON THE " ESC VIRUS"
About Eurovision now: I got the ESc virus pretty early, in a very tender age. The first ESc i remember watching was the 1983 ESC ..and i got stroke from all this show, and especially from the spanish participant, which sung shoeless some wild flamenco song...The symptoms of eurovisionism got stronger as the years passed, i got addicted to this contest, but i do not think i would like to get rid of this sweet disease...

Why do i get so passionate with the ESC? I thnk i have the answer: for me the ESC is a big, fussy and glamorous false world: no worries, no troubles, no routine there..glam, show...a real fairytale with some excitement and a lot of music and show. What counts there are the looks, the moods, the dresses and the costumes..the music. All this makes me forget the real life, all the love and other troubles. So please, all esc friends, let politics, rivaries, history and jealousy of the countries which score well aside, ok? :-) Another reason i like the ESC: the passion, the eyes and the ears of many people from different countries are united and targeted into one single stage. I am not a modern hippie :-), i just seek some lighteness and some entertainng pleasure in this big ESC show. And the last reason love the ESC: it is competitive, it is also about trying to get a result..So let the show beginn and go on for ever :-)
