My story

I've become a ESC's fan from 2000. (The victory of Denmark, and Russia took 2nd place)
It was incredible and hot! (I mean the incredible show and hot televoting =)) Since this time I wait for ESC every year. Most of friends don't share my vision of Eurovision, but I don't care. They have to watch the conest every year anyway =)
I don't understand why Russia has good result once in 3 years. Look at this statistic:
2000 - 2 - Alsou
2001 - 12 - Mummy Troll - very boring song
2002 - 10 - Prime-Minister - no comments
2003 - 3 - Tatu - (so much hope and 3 points dividing from victory)
2004 - 14 - Julia Savicheva - the most great song I've ever heard and the awfullest perfomance.
2005 - 15 - Natalia Podolskaya - good song (very professional I think) and boring show (it just was out).
2006 - 2 again - Dima Bilan - nice song , intresting and very expressive perfomance.
So? My prediction of 2007 based on statistics - Russia will be out of top 10 again. But I hope I wrong.
About other countries: The most creative and intresting Ukraine in 2004, 2006. Serbia & Montinegro has always beatiful songs. The best song and show in 2005 - NOX - Hungary. I listen to this song till now. Also I don't understand why United Kingdom's songs always ignored by europeans. I think it so unjust!
Good luck to all paricipants of ESC in Helsinki 2007! (Not so far from St-Petersburg - about 300 km) =)
