My story

Hi! My name is JULIE, I am 30 years old and live in Birmingham, UK. I have been watching the contest since I was about 4 - My Family used to love tuning in and scoring! I became an avid fan in 1993 whilst still at school.

My fave country in ESC is Turkey - I love Turkish music as lived in Turkey for over 5 years and am married to a Turk! My fave Turkish artist is Kenan Dogulu, I fell in love with him on Millenium night when I went to a concert at Swissotel in Istanbul, he was just fantastic. I am so happy that he is ESC and I am behind his song 100\% of the way.

My own countries song - UK with Scooch - Is a bit embarrasing I suppose but I have heard worse and I wish them well on Final night. My other favourite entries this year are :-

Spain (cute boys except the blond one and a great song)
Belarus ( Really catchy song -I can't stop singing it)
Slovenia (Even though NUDE should have won EMA, Alenka has a fantastic voice)
Macedonia (Lovely song, pretty girl and great voice)
Malta (I hope they will win sometime soon as a beautiful Island and very nice song)
Netherlands ( Great song and again very catchy)
Greece (Nice song but a bit of a Ricky M copy)
Germany ( Wow this guy has a fantastic voice - I think it could be a surprise contender)
Finland (A great Rock song - I knew this was gonna win National Finals as soon as I heard it)
