My story
Molly Parton
I was born into the slums of Monte Carlo in 1979 but this all changed when I became Dame Shirley Bassey's gown keeper in 1997. I have never been to a Eurovision Song Contest but I did once meet Vikki Watson in Oxford Circus Tesco Metro. I asked her what Love Was but she still didn't know, so those three dots will have to stay there. My favourite country is Monaco. I don't have much time for Polish entries but as they have stolen Monaco's flag (they try to fool me by putting it upside down but I don't buy it) I give them the benefit of much doubt. For those of you who ae unfortunate enough to have never been to the principality of Monaco, I can confirm that there is just the one tree, the one road and precious few benches, as Severine told you. There are, however, a huge number of Porsches and one Elton John and partner David Furnish.
My all time favourite entry is LA COCO DANSE by Severine. Annually I petition for the 1971 Severine to be awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, but this is yet to be forthcoming. I have a map of Mary Christy's face on my bedroom wall and some soil from the Jardins de Monaco in a phial signed by Olivier Toussaint that I bought on ebay for $1.98 + postage.
