I'm Stefan from Iceland(may call me Stebbi) and I'm born 10.april 1984 in Minneapolis USA.

I've watched Eurovision since 1991 and been a huge fan since songs begin to be available on the net many months prior to the contest I believe the first year for me following them on the net was in 2000 and the clear winner from the beginning were Olsen brothers but and they won but unfortunately people in former Yugoslavian countries had different taste and vote in mass for Alsou who sang very badly and out of tune on the evening.

I've been watching the pre selection this year and I have to say that I'm very disappointed with two exceptions there are lots of great songs in the Moldova selection(my favorite is Lucky star with Irina Tarasiuc who is singing about her mother) and in the Spanish selection is the best song I've heard in Eurovision for over 10 years En una vida with Coral. It could win big in Oslo.

I'm a big Ballad man and that reflects in my top 20. I also find the quality of songs been going down the last 10 years so only two songs from the 00's get to my top 20:

1. Kaelakee Hääl-Maarja Liis Ilus and Ivo Linna(Estonia 1996 5th place 94 points) and Maarja back please.

2. Drama Queen-DQ(Denmark 2007(19th place in the semi-final with 45 points)

3.For vår jord-Karoline Krüger(Norway 1988 5th place with 88 points) Ahh candles and beautiful melody

4.To nie ja-Edyta Górniak(Poland 1994 2nd place with 166 points) great debut and Edyta gave it all

5.Somewhere in Europe-Liam Reilly(Ireland 1990 joint 2nd place with 132 points)

6.Dincolo de nori-Dan Bittman(Romania 1994 21st place with 14 points) CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED

7.Si la vie est cadeu-Corinne Hermés(Luxembourg 1983 winner with 142 points) One of the best singer

8.Neka mi ne svane-Danijela(Croatia 1998 5th place with 131 points) Great opening act with passion

9.Á force de prier-Nana Mouskouri(Luxembourg 1963 8th place with 13 points)Best singer in ESC

10.Nacida para amar-Nina(Spain 1989 6th place with 88 points)what a passion billon times better than Riva

11.Kinek mondjam el vétkeimet-Friderika Bayer(Hungary 1994 4th place with 122 points)

12.Prisluhni mi-Darja Svajger(Slovenia 1995 7th place with 84 points) Great singer would like back in ESC

13.Lusitana paixao-Dulce Pontes(Portugal 1991 8th place with 62 points) Underrated!!!!!!!

14.Alle mine tankar-Silje Vige(Norway 1993 5th place with 120 points)

15.Amsterdam-Maggie McNeal(The Netherlands 1980 5th place with 93 points)

16.Sandie Shaw-Puppet on a string(UK 1967 winner with 47 points)

17.Ding-a-dong-Teach in(The Netherlands 1975 winner with 152 points)

18.Energy-Nusa Derenda(Slovenia 2001 7th place with 70 points) Best entry in a very poor year.

19.I evighet-Elisabeth Andreassen(Norway 1996 2nd place with 114 points)

20.Keelatud maa-Maarja-Liis Ilus(Estonia 1997 8th place with 82 points) Underrated!!!!!!!
