My story

Hi everyone.

I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and have been a huge fan of Eurovision for as long as I remember - around 1969 to be more precise when I was about 5 years old. I've watched it every year since then - except for 1974 ironically, when Abba won. I was on holiday and had to listen on the radio, and 1988 - another important year, when I was otherwise engaged.

Finally made it to my first Eurovision last year in Athens - albeit the final dress rehearsal. What a great atmosphere. I hope to go again in future.
